Dear client...

In the event you're wondering why the phone's turned off and I'm not answering email, here it is.

If you need something. ..
And I know you need something..
And you know I know you need something. ..

.. and I've agreed to do another frickin' all nighter to make sure you get it as soon as humanly possible...

..... know that answering phone calls or emails asking "is it ready yet?" means it takes longer to get it done.

sheesh. sleepytime.

(and to everyone who's been patient waiting on me to get emails or calls answered... that's why. Over the hump thought I think.)

Amen to that.

This phenomenon is well-known in most careers ... when I was a building inspector, circling an area of about 350 sq. miles, I would get 8 a.m. phone calls asking me to "come early" to sites that were half-way 'round the circle - thereby passing a half-dozen inspections that I would then have to backtrack 60 miles to get to. No matter how fast you go, you can only be in one place (or do one thing) at a time.

Sheesh, indeed.

Humans are the same in every state.

Sleep well.

On the other hand I have determined that when the gunsmith repeatedly tells you "it's almost ready" over the course of several months the only way to actually guaranty that it is indeed almost ready is to sit down, lean against the wall and say "no problem, I'll wait."
